The history of Chinese herbal medicine can be traced back to almost 5,000 years. Today the most common forms of chinese herbal prescriptions are: tablets, teapills, capsules, tinctures, and custom well constructed herbal teas that are taken twice daily. At Trinity Oak Acupuncture and Wellness, we prescribe only the highest quality herbs and many of them are organic when possible.
